BANDSAW BLADES
Our products are backed by the LENOX® limited warranty. We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship and that these products will perform as described under normal use and service. This warranty of quality is valid for 90 days from shipping date. Except as expressly set forth herein, LENOX® makes no other warranties, express or implied, with regard to products, and expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Use our products only in accordance with LENOX® instructions and instructions from your bandsaw equipment.
If you feel that your product may have a defect, please call 1-888-876-4180 (Monday-Friday 8:15am-5:00pm EST).
ALL OTHER PRODUCTS
Spectrum Supply will accept returns up to 30 days from shipping date on all new products except bandsaw blades. A fee between 5-30% of the sales price will be retained due to a vendor service charge (Spectrum Supply itself does NOT charge a return fee). Please call 1-888-876-4180 to speak with a customer service representative about returns.
